In general, foods containing the amino acid tyramine, the headaches, causes, such as cheese, chocolate and red wine. But someone else said, all the food you are allergic to give you a headache.

Stressful events can give headaches migrainuer. From home for the first time is stressful, but also be exciting. Reward to help you see yourself with a massage or a chiropractor for migraine.

No, do not cause the gluten to migraine. Foods may trigger migraines are cheese, chocolate, anything with caffeine, wine, and red and an excess of alcohol of any kind can. But this will not trigger migraines for each patient with migraine.

On a separate note to foods that contain gluten include bread, pasta, rice, biscuits, cereal ... basically anything with wheat, rye or barley.
